These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the TeleCMR website, software, and related services.
TeleCMR is operated by TeleCRM, Mahtra 9, Tallinn, 13815, Estonia. Support inquiries can be sent to support@telecrm.eu.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the actions of users you invite into your workspace.
TeleCMR provides a hosted CRM workspace for managing leads, clients, services, invoices, payments, automation, imports, reporting, and related workflows. We may improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.
Free trials, plan limits, paid subscriptions, renewal cycles, and usage-based restrictions may apply. Unless otherwise stated, fees are charged in advance for the applicable billing period and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in the Refund Policy.
You may not misuse the service, interfere with infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or malicious content, violate third-party rights, or use TeleCMR to send spam, abuse automation, or process data unlawfully.
You retain responsibility for the data you upload or manage in TeleCMR, including its legality, accuracy, and your right to process it. You grant TeleCRM the limited rights necessary to host, process, back up, and display that data for providing the service.
We aim to keep TeleCMR available and reliable, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, incidents, or third-party outages may affect access from time to time.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, create security risk, or use the service unlawfully.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeleCRM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from use of or inability to use TeleCMR.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
