This Tagastuspoliitika explains how TeleCMR handles trial access, cancellations, and refund requests.
TeleCMR may offer a 14-day free trial or other promotional access period. You can evaluate the service during the trial before activating a paid plan.
When a paid plan is activated, subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected billing period. Unless required by law, payments alvalmis charged for an active billing period are not automatically refunded.
You may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle from renewing automatically, but does not normally reverse charges alvalmis processed for the current billing period.
TeleCRM may review refund requests case by case for duplicate charges, obvious billing errors, or exceptional circumstances. Approval of any goodwill refund remains at our reasonable discretion unless a refund is legally required.
Refunds are not provided for suspension or termination caused by violation of the Teenustingimused, abuse of the platform, or fraudulent activity.
