Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how TeleCMR handles trial access, cancellations, and refund requests.

1. Free trial

TeleCMR may offer a 14-day free trial or other promotional access period. You can evaluate the service during the trial before activating a paid plan.

2. Paid subscriptions

When a paid plan is activated, subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected billing period. Unless required by law, payments already charged for an active billing period are not automatically refunded.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle from renewing automatically, but does not normally reverse charges already processed for the current billing period.

4. Exceptional refunds

TeleCRM may review refund requests case by case for duplicate charges, obvious billing errors, or exceptional circumstances. Approval of any goodwill refund remains at our reasonable discretion unless a refund is legally required.

5. No refund for misuse or policy breach

Refunds are not provided for suspension or termination caused by violation of the Terms of Service, abuse of the platform, or fraudulent activity.

To request billing review, contact support@telecrm.eu with your workspace name, billing email, invoice reference, and a short explanation of the issue.
